I have tried using tret and over the counter retinols and find my face is dry and red and irritated. I have been using this nightly for 5 months and never had irritation! I believe Dr Kappel that it is all about the formulation because I have positive results too! Don’t skip this one in your routine.
I have used several Vitamin C formulations over the years and by far, this is my favorite! It does not leave my skin feeling sticky or leave an orange hue. This serum actually provides moisture to my skin and leaves my face with a healthy glow!
This broke me out, which sucked because it’s so expensive. I’ve been using it on a burn scar instead so it doesn’t go to waste, and it’s actually helping lighten it, which is great. Canceling the subscription is annoying though. You have to email them instead of just doing it online. Super inconvenient.
Having a damaged skin barrier, I was reluctant to use this product. However, from the first application, I used this the first day I received my products, It was like no other vitamin C or brightening product I have ever used! It is effective, you can feel it working, it brightens almost immediately, and does not irritate or cause any redness/negative effects to the skin what so ever! The brightening effect lasts all day. Even in the sun at the beach, no negative effects of even the slightest redness or irritation. Love this C-FK Complex!
